Some of our TV shows and movies are produced in partnership with a studio that owns the franchise or intellectual property associated with the content. While we may have the rights to offer them for streaming, we may not be able to offer them for download.
We are continuously updating our apps to provide customers with the best experience you can get when you use them. It can take up to 24 hours for new updates to appear on your device and it may take longer depending on the category of your device. If you are having issues updating your device, please check your firewall settings.
We do our best to sync updates between devices so that you don't have to download the same thing twice. However, if there is something that is missing or not quite right, please let us know so we can get it sorted out.
Also, if you're a Comcast Customer, please ensure that Video Downloads is turned on under Settings > Accounts > Video Downloads. Or, if you’re using a Comcast HD DVR, you can also use your HD DVR to download content.
Fireflies requires Internet access to download videos and/or streams from our website, so we encourage you to have fast and reliable internet connections for the best viewing experience.
